"100,000 Petition"
Note : The 100,000 Petition has been successful, and had secured a debate in Parliament on 28th February, 2013, resulting in a motion in it's favour
The "100,000 Petition" was announced on 12th April 2012, at a public gathering at Parliament Square, London, and released to the public on 15th April 2012. It is aimed for the purpose of lobbying the House of Commons to hold a debate on the ongoing and, disturbing atrocities that are being committed in the Republic of India, that, infringe the basic human rights of the minority communities, which includes but is not limited to the Sikhs, Christians, Muslims and Dalits (India‟s untouchables)
